Amid this ongoing pandemic and after the postpondment of Class 12th board exams, now it's really uncertain that when will DU admssion process begin.
DU ADMISSION DATE -
Firstly we are sure that it won't be before 1 August for Indian Students.
And secondly, it won't be as usual as it was happening before that is, on the basis of boards exam percentage. All the Central Universities ( Around 54) have agreed to conduct a common entrance exam namely - CUCET.
In particular case of Delhi University admissions for the year 2021, it has been said that the entrance will be on basis on 50-50 weightage of both Boards and CUCET exam scores.
CUCET SYLLABUS -
Till now, no particular information of syllabus or paper pattern has been releasaed officialy but most probably the paper pattern will be of objective type with 150 Questions. The question will be of General Knowledge, Current Affairs and can be of the subject which the student is going to opt for his UG course. ( for example History for BA History.)
But again, Delhi University is keeping silence about this whole process and will reveal the exact information only after Boards examinations 2021.
SUGGESTIONS ( HOW TO BE READY FOR CUCET ) -

- Practise few grammer stuffs like synonyms and basic rules. This will also give you confidence and will help in you Boards exams too.
- Read Class 11-12th NCERTs of the subject which you are going to opt. Manadatory if you are going to change stream. ( PCM to BA History ) Don't go in details but have a general idea and don't stress much.
